Yellow Co is a Brazilian design company with a difference. At Yellow Co there are no employees. Everyone is a part of one big team. Our philosophy is based on the fair trade of ideas, and on rewarding the designer. We believe this sets us apart from the way most companies traditionally operate. We pay the designer 50% of all profit every time a product is sold. The Yellow Co concept is simple. Designers provide the ideas and we provide the necessary infrastructure to manufacture and take product to the market. This way, we all do what we love and we all contribute to our mutual growth.

Yellow Co opened its doors in September 2010. It was founded by a small group of Brazilians in Utrecht, the Netherlands. At the moment, we focus on lifestyle products, home and jewellery, but are constantly looking to expand our range. Yellow Co currently acts only in Europe. Collaborative design At Yellow Co we do design differently. We have no employees, but a big team of collaborators. We are a platform that brings independent Brazilians designers to market. Company Philosophy We value innovation and creativity, so we think that it is fair that the designers receive 50% of profits from the sale of their products. What’s more, the designer is always the owner of his or her project. That's what we call fair trade of ideas. Brazilian design Brazilian design has great creative and innovative potential. Our projects are fun and surprising, and we think this is down to the Brazilian way of life. Yellow Co fully believes in this and we are truly excited about encouraging this movement and spreading those seeds around!
